Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced

1/2 cup bourbon

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

A pinch of salt

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Marinate the Peaches: In a bowl, combine the diced peaches and bourbon. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavor.

Create the Base: In another mixing bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and creamy.

Combine: Gently fold in the marinated peaches, including any remaining bourbon mixture, and the chopped pecans into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.

Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve: Before serving, give the dip a quick stir and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or apple slices for dipping. Enjoy!
