Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 cup Big Mac sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if necessary.

Prepare the Tortillas: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean, flat surface. To prevent tearing, you can warm them slightly in the microwave for about 15 seconds to make them more pliable.

Assemble the Wraps: On each tortilla, spread a generous tablespoon of Big Mac sauce. Layer on a portion of the cooked ground beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced pickles.

Wrap It Up: Start by folding the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll the bottom up over the filling, wrapping it tightly. Continue rolling until you have a complete wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

Optional Toasting: If desired, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat to toast each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Slice the wraps diagonally and serve with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for a finishing touch if desired.
