1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup warm water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

For the Soup:

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

2 tablespoons curry powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

4 cups vegetable broth

1 can (14 oz) coconut milk

1 carrot, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper, diced

1 cup spinach leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

Make the Dumplings:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, curry powder, and chopped cilantro.

      - Gradually add warm water and mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
