1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp olive oil

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 2 lemons

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the shrimp: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss until well coated.

      Transfer to baking dish: Layer the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour any leftover marinade over the top.

        Top with breadcrumbs: Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the shrimp, making sure to cover them well for that added crunch.

          Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through, and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
