Ingredients
  

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Steak: In a mixing bowl, combine the steak cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat all the pieces evenly.

    Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.

      Air Fry the Steak Bites: Place the seasoned steak cubes in the air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd them; you may need to do this in batches. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked to your preferred level of doneness.

        Make Garlic Butter: While the steak bites are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not burned. Set aside.

          Toss with Garlic Butter: Once the steak bites are done, remove them from the air fryer and gently toss them in the garlic butter until fully coated.

            Serve: Transfer the steak bites to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately with toothpicks or alongside your favorite dipping sauce.
