1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Lemon wedges, for serving

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This will help them crisp up in the air fryer.

    Set Up Breading Station: In three separate shallow dishes, set up the breading station.

      - In the first dish, add the flour seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

        - In the second dish, beat the eggs until combined.

          - In the third dish, place the breadcrumbs.

            Breading Process: Dredge each shrimp first in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Then dip it in the beaten eggs, allowing any extra to drip off, and finally coat it in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

              Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
