1 can of refrigerated croissant dough

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup cherry pie filling (or fresh cherries, pitted and chopped)

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 tbsp milk (for egg wash)

Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

    Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.

      Roll Out the Croissant Dough: Unroll the refrigerated croissant dough on a clean surface. Separate the triangles based on the perforations.

        Fill the Croissants: On the wider end of each triangle, spread about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture. Top it with a spoonful of cherry pie filling. Be careful not to overfill, as it may ooze out during cooking.
